Terms & Conditions

1. Booking sessions

Massage and Physical Activity sessions must be booked in advance.

To confirm a booking, an advance payment of 50% of the session price is required as a deposit. The booking is confirmed once payment has been received.

Sessions may be arranged outside normal opening hours, subject to prior contact and availability.

2. Payment

The deposit and the remaining session fee may be paid by MB Way (937 087 550), bank transfer (IBAN: PT50 0018 0003 6905 7610 0207 2) or cash.

The remaining 50% of the session fee must be paid when the session takes place.

3. Cancellations and booking changes

To cancel or change a booking, at least 24 hours’ notice must be given by telephone or WhatsApp.

Where notice is given within this period, the deposit may be transferred to a new booking.

For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or non-attendance without notice, the deposit is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a new booking.

4. Late arrival and delivery of sessions

Clients must arrive at the agreed time. Late arrival may reduce the duration of the session, which cannot be extended beyond the original booking time.

Clients must provide advance notice of injuries, physical limitations or other relevant conditions that could affect massage or training.

A session may be adapted, stopped or rescheduled where circumstances do not allow it to be carried out safely.

5. Acceptance

By making a booking, the client confirms that they know and accept these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated whenever necessary. The version available at the time of booking will apply.
